Accidental deletion or hard drive failure does not necessarily mean your files are gone.
In most cases your data can be recovered in normal workshop conditions. Severely damaged drives or other media need to be diagnosed in data recovery lab and this will be also available to you.

What causes Data loss:

• Application crash
• Physical Disk failure
• Overwritten data
• Power surges
• Computer Viruses

If your hard drive is making unusual noises (such as a clicking sound), power down the system immediately, don't attempt a normal shut down - just pull the plug. Do not re-apply power and contact us as soon as possible.

We can recover data from the majority of media types:

• Hard Drives (SCSI / EIDE / SATA / SSD)
• Floppy Disks
• External Devices (USB / Firewire)
• Digital Media (Compact Flash / SD Card / USB Memory Stick etc..)
